[rosacea] Re: More LED confusion

I'm the same way, but in regards to LED therapy, I¢d be happy to just use one wavelength if someone said it worked. Problem is that there is a whole bunch of testimonials all praising different colours. I just want to come across some concrete evidence so we all know what is the most beneficial wavelength to use. Some some Infrared/RED/Yellow now i've just heard green. Heaps of different information.


I always think it's interesting they way some folks want to know how
something works so badly, while others are content with just knowing
that it works, or knowing how it works for them. I always feel like I
must know why, why, why something does what it does. Might be less
stressful for me to just be happy that it helps..but there must be a
reason why - WHY!!!! AAAGH!! ;)
