Re: [rosacea] Red (or Yellow?) LED Therapy

"fermentedness" - great word! Soured, fermented, marinated, pickled,
cured, malted (like "maltodextrin" in so many packaged foods), and
smoked foods cause problems for me. My food must be fresh, pure, and
simple. No messing with the food - just pick it and hand it over! ;)

I do best when we cook from scratch at home. We even make our own
chicken/beef stock because the canned or boxed versions are yeasty or
have something bothersome in them. Even the "all natural ones" often
bother me. Oh and I would never even look at bullion cubes! I am
probably more sensitive than most when it comes to food triggers
though.

Cheers!
