Re: [rosacea] PULSE DYE LASER

I had purple bruising for 4-5 days, then it faded to a light brownish- 5-12 days (fading everyday) by day 14 I was back at work with very light brown pigment- no redness, no irritation- It was a little pink for 3 hours afterwards. I will definetly find out the joule and purpura threshold I used.. My derm is the head of Columbia university's laser and aesthetic surgery - and has also worked with lasers for over 20 years- i don't necessarily believe that means they always get the latest and greatest if it's not cost justified-

Has this been the case for you? What kind of joules do you normally get? My derm has been doing it for 30 years and recommends vbeam for my rosacea.

I have had several treatments with the v-beam laser. It has worked wonders
for me. I am healing from a treatment right now, as a matter of fact.
