Re: [rosacea] Digestive enzymes

i read this last night in "First" magazine.
did you get the enzymes they recommend?
i have recently supplemented vit D3, and grapeseed extract.
the flare i was having seems to be passing....of course i gave up the coconut water, arbutin and chrysin topical anti-aging actives....and also gave up shaving my peach fuzz with a man's razor.....having gone back to the women's cosmetic groomer from panasonic, as well as adding aloe and seakelp to my free and clear face wash [and also some hyaluronic acid active]......
i threw the arsenal at it and it's passing.....the horrible flushing and pustule/papule blisters are quitting and healing....what an ordeal....as you all know.

Subject: [rosacea] Digestive enzymes

I read an article in a "woman's magazine" – can't remember the name, it was
in a doctor's office. The author said that digestive enzymes, especially
protease and amylase, may help some rosacea sufferers. So, I bought some and
tried it before I ate a meal at a restaurant. I had a Greek chicken pannini,
a glass of cabernet wine and coffee. No flushing. Usually, the spicy
sandwich, wine and coffee would make me flush at least somewhat. I'm going
to take a capsule twice a day with lunch and dinner and see what happens.
The article also recommended vitamin C for flushing brought on by cold
weather. I already take C.
