Re: [rosacea] supplements

Lol...

here's mine suppliments:

Taurine (supposed to repair small fiber nerves)
grape seed extract(for capillary)
French pine (for capillary, and wound healing)
Note:may not be a good idea to take too much of both french pine and
grape seed 200 mg grape seed and 150 mg french pine upper levels of both)
Mg
Cranberry extract(natural antibiotic)
alpha lipoic acid(can't say enough about this one I go with sometimes
1000 mg a day, but you have to make sure your vitamin b levels are not
bad, or suppliment)
Tumeric
Garlic(blood thinner)
Capsaicin
probiotics
vitamin D 800 mg
Broad spec phyto nutrient antioxidant with lutein(like a multi vitamin
but lots of antioxidants)
valerian
choline
green tea capsule
buffered vitamin C (lots 3000 mg)
superoxide dismutase (with glycine, L-cysteine and gluatamic acid)
Multivitamin, with additional B complex

Topicals(as needed rotate):

Ketamine .5% and Elavil 1% gel (offlabel topical gel for flaring,
works better at preventing flares if applied before)

zinc oxide diaper rash cream, and a special 12.5% high end cosmetic
cream...helps prevent skin damage

lidocaine

French pine cream

Other reviva creams

calamine lotion with zinc

RX

Lyrica 50 mg as needed

81 mg aspirin

Everyone get well!
