Hey folks,
I know we're supposed to avoid foods with Niacin in, but there is
quite a lot of different foods out there that contain this stuff, and
I just bought a few Atkins Advantage bars to bring to work with me, as
I don't have the time nor the energy to make something to bring each
day. These bars are very low in carbs (1 g sugar), which are very slow
to begin with, so you'll (hopefully) feel full for a longer period of
time.
Now, when looking at the Nutrition Facts I see that these 60 g bars
also contain 15% Niacin. Is that considered to be too much or is it
"safe"?
Anyone?
Thanks...
