Boy Lil you are a brave one to take on all those triggers to test this out! You go girl! This sounds really good. I have heard of the digestive enzymes helping and have been investigating them. They are supposed to be really good for my other condition too.......GERD. Haven't taken the plunge yet. So much information overload and overlapping "illnesses", I'm a little paralyzed from making a decision with them right now. I'm happy it seemed to help you. Please, keep us informed of your experiment!

in a doctor's office. The author said that digestive enzymes, especially
protease and amylase, may help some rosacea sufferers. So, I bought some and
tried it before I ate a meal at a restaurant. I had a Greek chicken pannini,
a glass of cabernet wine and coffee. No flushing. Usually, the spicy
sandwich, wine and coffee would make me flush at least somewhat. I'm going
to take a capsule twice a day with lunch and dinner and see what happens.
The article also recommended vitamin C for flushing brought on by cold
weather. I already take C.
