Re: [rosacea] Re: Cosmecuticals MD Formulations-info required

The grapefruit and strawberry and apple extracts are low on the list, but would concern me
as they might irritate, the green tea and licorice seem good and I know personally aloe doesn't bother me, since green tea and aloe are in my shave gel and im as sensitive as you can get!! how much does it cost?? id get a sample if possible, it does seem good
but the fruit extracts could be not good.

Sarah,
In The Skin Type Solution, the author lists many products on market for many skin types, including rosacea. She has lists of ingredients to look for to use for rosacea including some on your list: to prevent wrinkles: camilla sinesnsis (green tea)(among many listed), and to decrease inflammation: aloe vera (among many listed). On the list of skin care ingredients to avoid: parabens and propylene glycol-2 (among many listed). I don't see urea on her lists, but I have heard some people mention that this ingredient is bothersome to them. You can borrow the book from the library to research more. Seems like this product is a mixed blessing, some good, some bad. I can't say for sure whether you should try this or not.
