This condition drives me nuts. I have posted many a time how my face instantly "blaots" if I eat too much or the wrong type of foods. In soem ways I'm lucky as they are usually unhealthy foods but I definately have it with carbs. But now I think well one cake won't hurt (moderation is the key to a healthy diet type thinking) and I end up eating two and my face is bloated. i then get upset and binge out thinking well it's done now!
I have always loved my food but I think this condition is causing me to have an unhealthy relationship with it. How do you guys handle it?
