[rosacea] I'm new and I need help

Hi - I've been dealing with rosacea for the last 7 years or so. I
was diagnosed in my early forties when my nose turned beet red and
throbbed after spending much of the spring at my children's baseball
games. I was treated with antiobiotics and metroge and told I have
acne
rosacea.

My dermatologist left his practice and so I had to find a new one.
Last summer I was seen by a PA at a new office and she started me on
Finecea and Rosac cream. I did great for about a year with no
breakouts. This past summer though I had a lot of pus filled
pustules arise on my nose. I was prescribe Oracea - a fairly new
time released antibiotics. After a couple weeks I cleared up. Then
a month later I had pustules break out over my eye. At one point my
eyelid was half closed. I was told this was probably a fluke.

Well, now it's worse. Several weeks ago I developed a new patch of
outbreak. One bump, then another,so I called the Dr.'s office and
was prescribed Keflex once a day. He never saw me. It really didn't
work so when I called a several days later, I was told to increase
the dose to twice a day - I actually took three and got some
improvement. I went to one a day on Thursday and now I've go a big
bump starting. It seems like it is spreading and the red area left
by the scarring is about the size of a peach pit. It hurts! Also,
this week end I developed a infected cyst in my breast so I was
started on Augmentin and told to discontinue the Keflex.

I need advice. I think my doctor should have seen me to assess the
severity of my problem. I've only seen him once - the PA saw me at
most of my appointments but she has now left the practice.

My face hurts - I don't really flush I just get big cysts and
pustules. What has worked for others? Since I'm perimenopausal, is
that a factor - you know, energy surges? Should I see a different
doctor?
