If it works for you then you should find that the IPL reduces the intensity and painfulness of the flushes aswell as making them less likly to occur. If it doesn't work for you then there are other options such as pulse dyd laser and Nd: Yag.
You will just have to wait and see how effective IPL is for you, I guess you are probably going to do a series of them
