I seem to remember reading somewhere that green tea is good for weight
loss. I wonder if you may be right about it being an appetite
suppresseant. You might want to skip it for a few days and see if your
appetite comes back, just to be sure. If you are sensitive to it in
that way, I wonder if the recent increase could be a rosacea trigger
for you? Let us know what you find.
I have those wierd dreams sometimes. I try to dream that I'm eating
spicy food but I end up avoiding it in the dream, too! grrrr.
Cheers!

Actually lack of INTEREST in eating even when the tummy begins to
growl. Anybody else notice this? I'm drinking more of the green tea
and that and the clonidine are the only things I've added in the past
few weeks. Is it possible that green tea is an appetite suppressant?
I'm not guzzeling so much that I get full from drinking. I'm
hypoglycemic and even when I begin to feel shaky I don't want to eat
and have to push myself into eating a small amount of food every few
hours (so I don't pass out). Really weird because I usually LOVE to
eat even without being hungry. Could be onto something good here.....

> Funny story: I was having one of my frequent weird dreams the
other night and the part I remember best is being on a cruise ship and
noticing that people were going to some sort of class or seminar and
coming back without wrinkles. I went to the seminar and they wanted
me to put a bunch of gunk (different creams and such) on my face and
in my dream I remember saying "I can't do that! I have Rosacea!".
Jeeze! Even my subconcious is worried about my stupid skin! I gotta
get a life!
