Sarah
In the past I have bought tons of topical stuff too and the money ive spent on prescription is too much to think about, I will take the supplements, im not even thinking these will get rid of rosacea or the breakouts I get now and then.
but for antioxidant prevention/protecti
ozone. im no longer a topical/cream/
topicals such as glycolic acid and Retin-A have got me or at least helped get where I am at today. for me now its just cleanse gently and use a sunblock when needed (coppertone Oil-free spf 15) and take care of my diet as best I can and some supplements for health
I don't even moisturize my oil slick face, I just wait out a flare/breakout till it heals and do the best I can.cause I know it will heal, it may breakout/flare again..but thats the way it seems to go for everyone, eventually I will try The Rosacea LTD discs.I need it for my pesky cheekbone/temple area
but I don't want to mess with my face much anymore! its too risky!
like I said, I could have a fortune saved from what I have spent over the years on skin care alone! as for anti-aging, aging be damned! all I can do is be sensibile and take care of myself and hope I can look good as I can for all my ages/decades to come.
Ricky
If I were to tot up what I spent on rosacea related supplements, treatments, face products,
OTC drugs, prescription drugs and private referalls I think I would kill myself!!
