Thanks very much for the clarification. So it is highly unlikely for a mite
to cross to the "wrong" carrier, but it is technically possible and does
happen on a rare occasion. That's useful to know, so thanks again for the
explanation and the link.
Most cats hate being in water and would be upset at being bathed on a
regular basis, but there are certainly cats that love a good splash,
especially the Turkish Van cats, whose ancestors enjoyed swimming in
mountain lakes and streams. (Beautiful scenery, but mighty cold water. ;)
As for how you look after your cat, you're such a sweet-natured, gentle
girl, I'm sure no one would for a second doubt that your cat gets the very
best of care at all times. I bet your vet wishes all of his patients were as
cherished as your cat undoubtedly is.
